Groundbreaking: earthworks begin in Grimes County
Terafab breaks ground on its Grimes County campus, kicking off site grading and the first foundation works.
Earthworks are underway at the Grimes County site. Grading crews are shaping the pad for the first fab building, and utility corridor trenching for power and water has started in parallel.
This is the first physical milestone on a schedule that runs through first tool-in. We’ll be posting updates here as each phase completes, alongside the running construction timeline, which tracks every milestone with dates and status.
Next up: foundation pours for Building 1, targeted for later this year.
